It also includes insurance and remuneration in accordance with Belgian law. A probationary period? We never do, because we want to offer security.

what we say and we say what we do. In fact, we are incredibly honest. Also to clients, because we believe that they should be aware of everything that is going on. Even if an employee does an excellent job, but does not ‘perform’ as well privately.

each of our 150 workers personally. We won’t get any bigger either, because we find personal contact and guidance super important. Only by staying small can we offer this. This size also ensures a family atmosphere, in which people come into their own.
